How to make a complaint
If you have a complaint about Avoir's services, we want to hear from you. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly and fairly.
To lodge a complaint, please contact us at complaints@avoir.com.au with a description of your complaint and your contact details. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
What we can and cannot help with
Avoir can assist with complaints about our lead generation service, including how your enquiry was handled or how your personal information was used.
Avoir cannot assist with complaints about a lending partner's credit decision, loan terms, interest rates, or repayment handling. For complaints about a specific lender, please contact that lender directly.
Privacy complaints
If your complaint relates to how we handled your personal information, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
