We are not a lender, credit provider, or Australian Credit Licensee. We do not make credit decisions, hold funds, or provide financial advice. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.

What we do

Avoir collects information from businesses seeking finance and introduces those businesses to independent lending partners in our network. All credit decisions, loan offers, interest rates, fees, and terms are determined solely by our lending partners. Avoir has no involvement in the credit assessment or approval process.

No guarantee of approval

Submitting an enquiry through Avoir does not guarantee loan approval or any particular loan terms. All applications are subject to assessment by our lending partners, who may approve, decline, or counter-offer at their sole discretion. Avoir makes no representation or warranty regarding the likelihood of approval or the terms of any loan offer.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. How we are paid

Avoir is a free service for borrowers. We receive a fee from our lending partners when a successful introduction is made. This fee does not affect the loan terms offered to you and is not added to your loan cost.
