Australian Business Lending Index

The ABLI will report quarterly on Australian SME lending — indicative rate ranges by facility type, typical facility sizes, and the industry composition of business finance outstanding. It will be compiled from published RBA, ABS, ASIC and ATO series, together with Avoir’s own aggregated application data.

It is not published yet.

When it is, every figure will carry its source, its period, and its sample size. Cells representing fewer than 30 applications will be suppressed rather than published. The methodology and the full source list are published in advance, before the first figure exists: see Methodology and Data Sources.

We would rather publish nothing than publish a number we cannot source.
